Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation window:

• Cancel within 24 hours: You’ll receive a full refund if your order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

• Cancel after 24 hours (before shipping): Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before your order is shipped will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

• Already shipped? Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
